Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an RN in Labor & Delivery at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ. The role offers a night shift schedule (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) and requires active NJ RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.

A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred, with EPIC EMR experience strongly valued. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians, document thoroughly, and support safe, efficient deliveries in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes.
• Administer medications and treatments with clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education for ongoing care at home.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care transitions.
