RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. This full-time night shift role involves comprehensive patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional growth.

The position requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS/NRP within 3 months, with BSN preferred and EMR experience (EPIC). The role offers a competitive hourly pay range and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
• BLS certification current; ACLS and NRP required within 3 months
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred
• At least 1 year of current patient care experience in L&D or acute care
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond to clinical changes
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for timely care decisions
• Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans
• Accurate documentation in the EMR to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and maintain clear communication
• Support a collaborative, team-based care environment
