Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• BLS certification required; RN license in state(s) where services are provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care; engages patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, coordinates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Maintains safety culture and adheres to ethical standards and department policies.
• Document accurately in the EHR and ensure timely updates.
