Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery to join our team for a 13-week assignment on the night shift (19:00–07:00) on a 16-bed unit. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Active RN license is required with a minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery, plus NRP, BLS, and intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification. Experience in couplet care, LDRP, and NICU exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery.
• Experience in couplet care.
• LDRP experience.
• Some NICU experience.
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification.

Responsibilities

• Join our Labor and Delivery team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
• Care for a diverse patient population while following AWHONN guidelines.
• Unit consists of 16 beds with established patient ratios.
• Engage in couplet care and monitor mother and newborn wellbeing.
• No scheduled call required, but staff may flex down according to unit census.
• Operate with an Electronic Health Record system.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
