Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN - Labor and Delivery for a 13-week night shift position from 19:00 to 07:00. The unit features LDRP and NICU beds with 1:1 care during active labor, inductions, and C-sections. Bring a current RN license and BLS/NRP; experience in OB emergencies is preferred.

Expect rotating weekends/holidays and potential float to related areas; strong teamwork and clinical excellence are essential for ensuring safe, compassionate newborn and maternal care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in labor and delivery.
• Current RN license and active certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring Training.
• Ability to manage labor, birth, postpartum and newborn transition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 1:1 staffing during active labor, inductions, and C-sections.
• Cross-train to float between LDRP and NICU as needed.
• Daily patient rounds to ensure safety and patient experience.
• Operate with unit equipment and documentation in Meditech.
