Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent acute RN experience in Labor and Delivery.
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• NRP certification; specialty certification for RN III within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and therapeutic interventions per care plan.
• Perform phlebotomy, immunizations, and peripheral venous access.
• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document care accurately and delegate tasks per regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
