Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required to practice in Oklahoma or multi-state license (eNLC).
• Current BLS certification at hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification as per competency level or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments; planning of care; implementation of interventions.
• Evaluation of patient care outcomes and documentation.
• Supervision and delegation of care to licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and students.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment and ensure staff adherence to policy.
• Coordinate and oversee shift tasks and education within the department.
