Job summary

• BLS certification is required.
• BSN degree is required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate responses and revise care plans with the care team.
• Leadership - participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations - support 24/7 unit operations and safety standards.
