Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Medical Unit 3 in Mansfield, OH. The position supports 24 hours per week with a Day shift (7a–7p) and eligibility for weekend/shift differential.

The RN provides general nursing care across the continuum, delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and conducts assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation for assigned patients. Emphasis on safety, quality and teamwork in a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to achieve clinical quality, satisfaction, and financial targets.
• Operations - Performs department duties to support unit workflow and safety.
