Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Lakeway, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for inpatient rehab on a full-time night shift. You will provide direct patient care in a specialized unit and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.

Requirements include RN licensure; BSN preferred; BLS certification; prior rehab or hospital experience is a plus. Starting hourly pay ranges from $32 to $48 with competitive night/weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
• Certified BLS completion and maintenance required; follow CPR guidelines for new hires.
• Previous rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation unit.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Educate patients, families, and team members about care plans.
• Apply the nursing process to restore and maintain health and function.
