Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking an RN for the inpatient unit in Dallas, TX. The role operates from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. and offers a new increased hourly rate to reflect experience and qualifications.

Our hospital emphasizes comprehensive care for brain and spinal injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. You will join a large nationwide team focused on exceptional patient outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in the state of Texas.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Manage admissions and/or transfers as needed.
