Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license in Washington or multi-state endorsement.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC as required by facility.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care for diverse patients.
