Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years
• RN license in WA state or MS endorsement
• Current BLS Certification
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility
• One year of acute care experience preferred
• One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating
• Utilize nursing knowledge and experience to deliver care per policies and protocols
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
