Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing specialty program is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual aspects of patient and family care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure safe handling.
• Participate in evidence-based practice decisions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
