Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state where employed and a BSN is preferred.
• Experience in inpatient, surgical, or transplant units is valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a specialized medical/transplant unit.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Participate in unit decision-making and apply evidence-based practices.
