Vetted Solutions is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care, perform assessments, and contribute to care planning within a clinical setting.

The role involves shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, on units focused on orthopedic and surgical care, with emphasis on high-quality, compassionate care and strong teamwork with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and clinical skills.
• Compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives and patient experience improvements.
