Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (3/12s, 36 hours per week). You will work with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, serving as the liaison between patients, families, and providers.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification required
• RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state license required
• Experience with direct patient care preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patients conditions and plans care.
• Delivers care according to the care plan and documents changes.
• Collaborates with care teams to communicate patient plans.
• Prioritizes daily patient flow and patient experience.
• Ensures documentation aligns with confidentiality, safety, and standards.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and professional growth.
