Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift (3/12s, 36 hours per week). You will provide high-quality nursing care, assess and plan patient care, and collaborate with the care team to promote safety and well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Deliver the care plan and communicate with staff about patient needs and changes in condition.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessments, care delivered, education provided, and incidents.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families on health-related issues.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
