Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patients' conditions and assist with care plans.
• Deliver care according to the plan and coordinate with the care team to optimize daily patient flow.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessment, changes in condition, and care delivered.
