Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) at Medical Unit 3. Eligible for weekend and shift differential.

Provides comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation as part of a multidisciplinary team. Minimum qualifications include RN license (Ohio Board of Nursing) and BLS certification; a State Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses to achieve outcomes (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care with the multidisciplinary team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations (10%).
