Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in the United States seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will deliver high-quality nursing care as part of the patient care team, assess needs, plan care, and evaluate outcomes while supporting a compassionate, patient-and-family-centered environment.

You will maintain professional licenses, participate in performance improvement, and mentor other nurses within a Shared Governance framework. Sign-on bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active nursing license; BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Night shift availability and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety, confidentiality and quality.
• Support patient and family while promoting patient-centered care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff development.
