Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (BSc preferred)
• All nursing licenses and certifications required upon hire
• RN licensure and BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Care Coordination: Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions and supports the care plan.
• Patient Advocacy and Satisfaction: Addresses patient needs promptly and informs families as appropriate.
• Performance Improvement: Seeks opportunities to improve work processes and patient outcomes.
• Professional Competency and Growth: Maintains licenses, completes required trainings, and pursues development.
• Professional Leadership: Mentors and supports colleagues and upholds confidentiality and standards.
