Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, advocating for patients, and participating in performance improvement and professional development initiatives. Licensed nurses with BLS and multi-state or single-state RN licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
