Job summary

Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift on Full Time nights (36 hours/week). You will collaborate with the patient care team and contribute to safe, high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include care coordination, advocacy, performance improvement, and mentorship within the care team. A strong nursing license and continuing education are required; sign-on bonus eligibility is available.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) required or equivalent.
• Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions as part of the care plan.
• Delivers care according to the care plan and documents changes.
• Supports patient care coordination and communication among care team.
