Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse at Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. for a 3-11:30pm shift with every other weekend and holiday requirements.

You will provide direct and indirect patient-centered care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with CT licensure and BLS certification, and you will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire or within orientation period and maintain competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and communicate patient condition promptly and accurately.
• Demonstrate growth and development knowledge to provide age-appropriate care across life span.
