Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and CT RN licensure.
• BCLS and ACLS certification upon hire or within orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient’s clinical condition promptly and accurately.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
• Report to the Clinical Nurse Manager and support professional nursing practice.
