Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient-centered care. You will use the nursing process, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and report changes in patient condition promptly.

You will care for patients across the life span, demonstrate professional nursing practice, and collaborate with colleagues under the Clinical Nurse Manager. Night shifts with alternating weekends are included.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire or within orientation period.
• Possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care by working with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates patient condition promptly and accurately to changes or responses to treatment.
