Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures timely care outcomes.
• May administer medications and therapies according to clinical protocols.
• Communicates effectively, provides feedback, and supports appropriate delegation.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and participates in ongoing learning.
