Job summary

Exeter Center, part of Genesis Healthcare, is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse for the night shift to join our care team in Exeter, NH. NEWLY INCREASED WAGES!!!

You will assess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and execute plans of care. We offer a supportive work environment, ongoing growth, and a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current NH RN license; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are completed.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
