Genesis HealthCare's Exeter Center is seeking a full-time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. 12-hour shifts available with competitive wages, modified compensation and shift differential.

Under RN supervision, the LPN delivers nursing care, administers medications, participates in assessments, and helps plan care for residents. Requires LPN graduate and active license or pending; BLS/CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to collect data and monitor condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care by unlicensed staff.
