Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation LLC in Northport, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Base pay ranges from $31.00 to $40.40 per hour, with additional night shift differentials of +$2.25/hour on weekdays and +$3.00/hour on weekends.

The role requires active RN licensure in Alabama and CPR/BLS certification. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, resident assessment, supervision of LPNs/CNAs, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Alabama RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
