Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM). Base pay ranges from $31.00 to $40.40 per hour, with a weekend differential of +$0.75/hour.

You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate resident care, administer medications, and lead a nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Requirements include an Alabama RN license in good standing and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is REQUIRED.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
