Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN license.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required for Tele, ICU and PCU.
• Oncology certification required post-surgery.
• All certifications completed within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe patient care delivery for specified and diverse patient populations.
• Assess patient/family needs, develop and prioritize goals, and update the plan of care.
• Delegate care to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
