• Ability to communicate with patients, physicians and co-workers with a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and perform nursing assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians and interprofessional team to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist with exams, treatment and education; maintain accurate medical records.
• Lead unit activities as charge nurse or preceptor when assigned.
• Participate in or lead unit and hospital initiatives in collaboration with management.
