• BLS certification; NRP certification preferred or required within 4 months.
• Magnet recognition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and perform assessments and treatments.
• Coordinate with physicians and interprofessional care teams.
• Serve as charge nurse or preceptor to students or new staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in governance initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
