Qualifications

• Twelve months registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment.
• RN - Texas state licensure and PSV Compact licensure; must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days if establishing residency.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification or instructor status within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate care with physicians and health care team.
• Administer medications and perform procedures; monitor patient status and respond to emergencies.
• Educate patients and families; maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
