Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation is seeking a Night Shift Clinical Care Supervisor (RN) for the Grand Rapids, MI campus. You will oversee nursing care from 6:00pm to 6:30am, lead interdisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, evidence-based patient care in alignment with Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities include daily rounds, staff input on performance, and active participation in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives. Requires Michigan RN licensure and ADN (BSN preferred).

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan with ADN required or BSN preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities are required.
• Capable of collaboration across disciplines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for assigned shift to ensure patient safety and quality.
• Provide input to Nursing Directors on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead nursing rounds and participate in safety, accreditation, and quality initiatives.
• Mentor and develop staff, ensuring competency and adherence to evidence-based practices.
