Ernest Health's Bloomington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a Night shift RN House Supervisor to lead nursing staff and maintain high-quality patient care. The role requires active RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS preferred, with acute care experience preferred.

You'll coordinate care on the assigned overnight shift, ensure safety and compliance, and align with hospital guidelines and the organization’s guiding principles to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in Indiana or eligible for licensure.
• CPR certification required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned night shift and coordinate activities.
• Provide professional nursing care to patients and ensure continuity of care.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
