Ernest Health seeks a RN House Supervisor for full-time night shifts in Jacksonville, FL. The role oversees nursing services on the assigned shift and ensures continuous, high-quality patient care within a Rehabilitation Hospital setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of acute care experience; ACLS is preferred. We offer extensive benefits and a supportive team focused on patient recovery and safety.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
