Job summary

The Pavilion at Piketon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise licensed practical nurses and CNAs in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

The role includes medication administration, wound care, rounds, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care. Night shifts (7P-7A) and flexible full-/part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily activities of licensed nursing staff and CNAs.
• Provides holistic care and ensures policy compliance.
• Administers medications and observes for adverse effects.
• Performs wound care and other direct care tasks as ordered.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
