Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations and provide necessary interventions.
