Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is hiring an RN for the night shift. Eligible clinicians may advance salary up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder based on experience and achievement. Schedule: Full time, 36 hours, Nights 7:00pm–7:00am, with benefits from day one and strong care culture.

Requirements include an RN license, BLS, and an Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). 1+ year acute care preferred. Competitive pay range is listed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple factors for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
