Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg/Telemetry in Concord, NH. This 13‑week assignment offers a 36‑hour workweek and 7p–7a night shifts, with every other weekend.

Competitive weekly pay up to $2,100 gross plus benefits from day one. Required: active NH or Compact RN license, 2+ years in Med/Surg/Telemetry with high‑acuity experience; BLS; NIHSS before start; ACLS preferred; dysrhythmia exam during onboarding (80%+ preferred).

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Hampshire or Compact RN license.
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.
• High-acuity Med/Surg experience required.
• Respiratory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity Med/Surg/Telemetry patients.
• Monitor and assess patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Care for patients with pneumonia, COPD, GI bleeding, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, and wounds.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide telemetry monitoring.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
