Job summary

Precision Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg/Telemetry in Concord, NH. This role supports 7p–7a night shifts, with 13-week contract and 36 hours per week. Up to $2,100 gross weekly, benefits from day 1.

Candidate must hold NH or Compact RN license, with 2+ years in Med/Surg/Telemetry and high-acuity experience. BLS/NIHSS required; ACLS preferred; onboarding includes dysrhythmia exam.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Hampshire or Compact RN license
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
• High-acuity Med/Surg experience required
• Respiratory care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity Med/Surg/Telemetry patients
• Monitor and assess patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Care for patients with pneumonia, COPD, GI bleeding, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, and wounds
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide appropriate telemetry monitoring
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg / Telemetry

Location: Concord, NH

Rate: Up to $2,100 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: 7p–7a, 12-hour nights; every other weekend

Contract: 13 weeks

Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered New Hampshire or Compact RN license
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience
• High-acuity Med/Surg experience required
• Respiratory care experience preferred

Certifications:

• BLS required
• NIHSS required prior to start
• ACLS preferred
• Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred passing score of 80%
