Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Connecticut RN license required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans and communicates patient condition.
• Coordinates patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Processes physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient education.
• Delivers individualized care addressing physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Participates in daily interdisciplinary rounds and contributes to outcomes.
