Qualifications

• RN license required (state or compact)
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• <12 months RN experience preferred or entry level

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safety and continuity of care using documentation and handoff tools
• Creates care plans using nursing process: assessment, diagnoses, interventions, evaluation of outcomes
• Recognizes patient safety concerns and uses appropriate resources
