Job summary

Lansing Care and Rehab in Lansing, KS is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic clinical team. You will provide total resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and oversee nursing staff while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' conditions and needs and provide total care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation including admissions/discharges and incident reporting.
• Uphold HIPAA and facility policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide compassionate, customer-service oriented care and build relationships with residents and families.
