Job summary

Lansing Care and Rehab in Lansing, KS is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring clinical team. You will provide total care for residents, follow physician orders, monitor conditions, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $27 to $34.90, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents and monitor conditions.
• Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments.
• Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed and monitor for side effects.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and admit/discharge residents; report changes and maintain confidentiality.
