Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona to provide high‑quality care in a skilled nursing/long‑term care setting. This full‑time day‑shift role features 12‑hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Recent RN graduates are welcome, and candidates with less than one year of SNF/LTC experience will be considered. The position requires full‑time availability and offers meaningful care for older adults within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona (required).
• Recent RN graduates welcome to apply.
• Candidates with <1 year of skilled nursing experience will be considered.
• Geriatric nursing principles and aging process knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within RN scope.
• Assess and monitor residents for changes in medical, physical, functional, and psychological condition.
• Participate in shift reports and communicate important resident information to care teams.
• Complete initial nursing assessments for newly admitted residents.
• Assist with MDS assessments, quarterly reviews, and individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.
