Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN for full-time and part-time opportunities on the night shift (11pm–7am). The role offers $37–$46 per hour, all-inclusive, with Daily Pay available.

Responsibilities include providing skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, administering medications, and ensuring care plans are followed in a fast-paced facility. NJ RN license and BLS CPR are required, with a focus on documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, active NJ RN license.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with the plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
